 Okay for those who could freak out over my titling 'Best Friend'. I have my online best friends, and then I have my at home best friends, who I don't get to see much! (hint-hint ASHLEY)
I am just as equally close to my online and at home best friends actually. I tell just as much about myself and I also talk to them just as much. It's on equal bounds here! lol.

Updates on "Falling for History-Egypt" XD Here's my discussion on it.

Well I have been in a good "Falling for History-Egypt" mood lately. I have about 5k more words added this week, and I still have some to copy onto computer from my handy dandy notebook. I promise you guys, it's starting to get pretty friggin INTENSE. I'm adding new characters, ideas, and more plot. HUGE brainstorm last week and some this week, and now I know the main premise of this plot other than Bree falling back into time. And now I have finally decided to make this into a novel and not a short story! It'll be a short one, but I have companions coming its way shortly.
Companions? You may ask...
Well, I have had these couple other twinkling ideas that can fall along with the whole "Falling for History" ideas. "True Grit" is a HUGE inspriation for the next one after this one. Yes everyone, a YA western! Have you guys heard of a YA westen yet? Hmmm I haven't, maybe I'll be the first one! haha. Well my idea falls along the same lines of "Egypt", with a girl falls back in time, then gets kidnapped by bank robbing bandits, and she falls for one of the youngest ones. Yeah yeah yeah...still working on it! lol. It will be titled "Falling for History-Ol'West" catchy enough?
And now I'm kind of wanting to work on a victorian era one, but I'm still kind of ify on that one though. *shrugs* It'll come to me I guess. I have no idea really on it just yet. :/ But I do intend for this last one have a bit of a TWIST.
Now I'm faced with this decision, will I post all three of them as one project on inkpop? Because I aim for these to be a three for one deal. Like L. J. Smith's "The Night World Novels" where three are into one book. I like that idea A LOT, but I like showing off these book covers I'm making for each one. *shrugs* What do you guys thing I should do?
Put all of the FFH's into one project on inkpop? Or should I post them seperately?
Wouldn't that be nice if I can get all three of them in the top five together? That would be a SIGHT! Gives me thrill chills just thinking about it! lol. But before I even think about the top five, I want to get this story actually DONE first. lol. I would like to have the FULL manuscript ready for HC to read actually. :)
Oh yeah guys...I have decided to post the WHOLE thing on inkpop! I'm going to go out on the ledge here like my friend Leigh Fallon, and post it fully on inkpop! Yes, I'm still nervous here about doing that. BUT, I feel like I should this time. :)
Can I call on you guys to form a mob to attack whoever that might take my idea? If so leave a comment! LOL. XD We'll go guns ablazing and fire torches at their door! lol. This is coming from a west virginian here! I will do it with a hick rigged shot gun! LOL. XD

Anyways, what do you guys think of my new book cover for FFH-E? I absolutely love it! It has a more of a Egyptian aura to it I think. With the whole yellowish haze to the picture and the egyptian eye. LOVE IT. I've got a brand spankin new picture program called "Stoik Imagic" the free version of it, and it's surprisingly AWESOME, so far.

80 more days until "Time With Seleste" 's first and my nineteenth birthday! Double the celebration?

In eighty days--almost seventy-nine in like ten minutes as I write this. :) It will be a year since I had the dream that inspired "Time With Seleste"! And surprisingly, it was on my eighteenth birthday! As I have said this in a VERY previous post in the summer or early fall. I think I'm going to qoute it a bit here.

It was May 17th 2010 (my eighteenth birthday to be exact) I had tossed and turned that whole night. Something was bothering me... Then around six o'clock in the morning--I remember this because I looked up at the clock just before I went back to sleep. It was as if I was living this vision, it was that vivid.

I'm viewing from above at first, looking down on these two people. The girl was on the ground bleeding, while the boy was holding her listening intently to what she had to say. Then I'm snapped down to their perspective, I see the girl clearly she looked like the actress Joanna Garcia. The boy I couldn't see clearly, but I knew he was very good looking. Of course, this dream never indicated she was a time traveler though...that's something among a lot of other things I added. :D Then I was brought to another scene, viewed in her perspective. I was her! And I was beautiful like her as well (<-See Joanna Garcia to get what I mean).
(SPOILER coming up) All these people including me are on a boat, and we're going somewhere--no we were running from something and boat was the only way to get away. I turn to the boy I just seen in the previous scene, and I hug him and whisper "I love you." And I focus in on a freckle that was on his neck. Then I turn and run off the deck into icy frigid water. Total blackness in that point of view...

I'm snapped into--unfortunately a guy's point of view. Eck. And come to my realization the guy looks like my cousin Josh (In my novel he remains Josh but I change his image to Jackson Rathbone and not my cousin.) And he's talking about senseless things, you know how dreams gets. *rolls eyes* Another perspective was shifted to the boy who I name Darien in my novel. He's holding the girl in his arms, seemingly to be scared to death of her condition. She was drenching wet and pale, and when she comes to. They share a tiny passionate kiss, but Darien afterwards storms off angry at her for what she had done. The girl, all she was thinking was that Darien was safe. Because she knew if she didn't do what she did, he would have jumped in and not have came back at all. So she did something to save a guy she loved most. The dream ended there.

^_^ I enjoyed typing up that post, because I love talking about how I came up with the idea of Time With Seleste--(TWS), I'm so proud of it.

Anyways, in eighty days-well seventy-nine now, I'll be celebrating my and TWS's birthday! I'm so excited! And hopefully I'll have the first draft wholly written by then, that is my goal by the way. And I also would like to have a good start on the second draft of it. :) Which I have already gotten a good revision/rewrite of the first chapter, more mystery and description. I'm working on cutting down on dialogue and have more description. :)

So far, part of that dream, like on the boat thing, I may not write that anymore. It don't really fit no more with the plot. But there will be a boat somewhere in the second book.

TWS, has grown a lot in this past year, just like a real baby. :) I have learned so much, but still need to know more. TWS has went from a one shot novel, to a trilogy, and now finally a two part series, and possibly a novella about the past and background of the story. :) This story had grown, and I have along with it. :)

BUT, lately I haven't been feeling it. Like my muse has gone away, and I'm SO CLOSE to being finished! And I'm eager to start the second book, where it all gets INTENSE. Betrothals are broken out, fights to be begun, love conflictions, learning of the past, and a choice to be made to determine everyone's fate. I'm so EXCITED! I have so many ideas that it is getting pretty overwhelming! I can't keep up! So I'm sticking to main key scenes, and hopfully all of my other ideas I can't keep up with will jump in when needed.  :/

Well I thought I would blog about this tonight, considering I haven't blogged much lately, only little tibits here and there. :)

Okay...this weekend was a mission's retreat called Cedar Lakes with my church's youth group. Well guess what? I missed my ride!
Well I guess it's my fault...I didn't get the times right or something, or I switched the times with a previous trip. Gahhhh I don't know.
Well I JUST missed them, because they left like just after six, and I got there a few minutes afterwards. This is horrible! I'm VERY upset about this!

Midnight's BAAAACKKK! (my laptop)

YUP, I just got my laptop back tonight! UPS brought it about seven! And the funny thing was I just check the status of my laptop like two minutes before he showed up! haha. Speak of the devil! I haven't been in tuned with it lately, I got tired of the dissapointment of seeing that it was still in repair. :/ So yeah I ignored it for a few days and then BAM! It's here! lol.
Well the problem with my laptop by what they said was, a corrupted software in the hardware. So the guy re-imaged the hard drive and reset it to factory setting (again). Now it runs like brand spankin new! SO FAR.
It hasn't crashed...YET.
So so far so good!

Well I have had this book for a while, and I can't seem to get into it. It is good though! Just not for me, I'm more for innocent YA books, and this one is a REALLY mature YA.
So instead of this book lying around and not recieving any reading love, I'm going to be giving it away soon! I just need to figure out a way for a contest or drawing. I probably won't be doing it for a while, considering I don't have my laptop back. :/ I'd feel better when I get it back. Which by the way, it's off being repaired now! :)

I have other books I will be giving away too! Like "Basilsk" "Hunted" "Dark Song" and "Stepford Wives." But I'm going to do this one at a time. :) I hate to have these books be unloved, especially when I don't care for them like they deserve. :/

1: Will Gold is a YUMMY, smart aleck (forgive my french but it fits him so well) bastard! But as his last name mentions it, he has a heart of GOLD hidden somewhere deep. So deep you'll have to put up with his crap A LOT until you even get a glimpse of it! LOL.
2: Mary is like an AWESOME character to read about, and you can find yourself relating to her. :)
3: The plot will take you in an instant! Who wouldn't!? It's like "The Hunger Games" and "The Mortal Instruments" rolled together into one! It's that friggin AWESOME!

I mean SERIOULY check this book out, you don't know what you're missing!

Well computer going bye-bye--for a while. :/

Well my laptop won't stop crashing now, and every program I open is tending to go "not responding" to the least little thing! Like typing into my Bing search engine? "NOT RESPONDING." Then I'll close it, well try to and then it crashes.
But guess what it did today?
It crashed yet again, and this time I could have aworn I smelled something burning! Then it went away.

Okay, I called Toshiba last night, and told them of my problem. They said they'll send me a box so I can send the computer back to them so they can repair it. But now I'm wondering even if they repair it, is it a lost cause? It's been doing this for so long, it may have done it's damage and done ruined my computer. I wouldn't be so worried, but now my Malmal is saying she doesn't have the money to get me another computer right now, (which she already done said she would). So I'm screwed!
I'm stuck using this ten year old Gateway desktop computer, that is slow as seven year's itch! And soooo outdated. And the keyboard is killing me!
But anyways, as I understood if they can't repair it, they're suppose to replace it. Considering it has always crashed and now it just can't take it anymore.
AHHH! I want a MAC sooooo badly! But I can't get one right now. Maybe I can when I get my FASFA check, I'm suppose to have extra money to get stuff, like computer, books, and supplies. So yeah I may be able to get it then. But that could be FOREVER!
I'm nervous to even open and save stuff on this computer, considering I have no idea if its got a virus or anything. It has the free version of AVG, and it says it's okay. But yeah you never know.

I'm in DEEP depression now.
And I have a snow tubing weekend startibng tomorrow, and I never sleep on those trips. What am I going to do without a computer? I'm going to be BORED STIFF!

ARGH! The devil is really working on me this week!

I HATE my computer. > _ < Severely TICKED OFF!

Well here's my rant for today...it's surprisingly not about "The Mortal Instruments" or Alex Pettyfer.

Okay I have a Toshiba L300 laptop, I got it July 2nd 2009. So that makes it how old? A year and seven months? Well it's ALWAYS had a tendency to crash, you know the blue screen of death? It did it three times when I first got it, then I "supposedly" found the reason why. Two virus programs working against each other. So yeahhhh I was living my happily ever after with my lappy I call Midnight. Until well...these past two months. It started up the crashing AGAIN! Like every day or other day, just out of nowhere for no reason for it at all. So of course my first impression (which may be right) VIRUS! SO yeah I start freaking out for a bit there.
NOW, I'm just TICKED OFF!
I reset it to factory setting today, so I have been working on it ALL DAY. Reloading my virus program, which currently has me severely peeved with it taking THREE HOURS to download and take up all of my download allowance.
I'm honestly just about to chuck this crappy computer out the window and go ahead to WalMart and buy me another one and the HECK with it! This thing has had it's worth I guess, I've probably gotten five years worth out of the year I've had it, considering I'm on it all the time. It's been through a rough journey with me, I take it EVERYWHERE I go. The paint on my "A" key has about worn off to prove it! lol.
I think this computer was refurbished, which wasn't supposed to be, it was supposed be brand spankin new. But it has NEVER acted right, I should have sent it back to the factory for a replacement. BUT at the time I was in dire need of a computer and couldn't do without one. SO yeah I kept it regretfully. And the waranty on it will only over it when there is something mechanically wrong with it, not like computery wrong with it. :/ I should have read the little fine print, huh? I paid (well my Malmal paid) money for a three year waranty that's worthless in this case.
I don't think I'll EVER get another Toshiba, no matter how much people say they are good. I've had two, and they are crap. The other one that is my mom's, its fan doesn't work, so it gets EXTREMELY hot. So I'm not going to bother buying a laptop off the actual sites anymore, seems like the ones I get in a store (like WalMart) are better than the ones you build yourself. I've had more luck with them.
I may go get me a Dell or HP. No Sony, because my cousin Samantha said hers kept crashing and lost all of her baby girl's pictures! So no.
ANYWHO, my BitDefender download is at 97% FINALLY! After three hours of groaning and cursing at this computer. So hopefully I can get Word downloaded again, and I'll get some writing done tonight. I'm in a Time With Seleste mood for once and THIS happens!

Also before I go...has anyone been having syntax errors on facebook lately? I have! I can't do much of anything! It has let do stuff today but it comes back every now and then. Eck.

Technology HATES me right now. If I wasn't so addicted and most of my social life is tied in through the Internet I would say "SCREW IT! I REPEL TECHNOLOGY AWAY FROM ME!"
BUT, I can't. I'd go INSANE.


Anyways, off to move back into this computer. (For all the good it's going to do me, considering it's probably on it's last legs.) BIG pain in my KEESTER!

Alex Pettyfer...getting a bit...OVERWHELMED? (I don't blame him!) Hunger Games added to his plate of offers!

Okay I'm starting to feel sorry for the boy. He's beginning to get A LOT on his plate these days. Three HUGE book to movie adaptions being thrown at him!
Yeah you heard me...THREE!

Firstly (my favorite choice)
The Motal Intstruments-City of Bones-Offered role as Jace Wayland.
He is still in negotiations with Screen Gems and Scott Stewart. Still hope! He will always be my number one Jace Wayland!
Secondly (my second favorite choice)
The Hunger Games-offered role as Peeta.
He has been reportedly offered the role, and has "supposedly" read the books. I'm catching the vibe he doesn't care as much for this series than TMI. And he doesn't seem all that interested as well. But you never know. I think he would do Peeta justice, and I'm for it!
The Seventh Son-offered role as Timothy? (forgive me I'm not up on these books or rumored movie.)
I honestly don't know nothing about these books (never heard of them) or the movie. All I know is he'd be playing alongside Jeff Bridges. Starring with Jeff is BIG points with me, he's a well known actor and I'm a fan of him. SO I wouldn't blame Alex wanting to star with him. It would be an honor!
BUT, the thing is about this speculative is STILL a RUMOR. Jeff, no director, producers, or company has said ANYTHING concrete on this movie or casting. It may not even be optioned as a movie for crying out loud! That's how sketchy this tib bit of news is.

Anyways, I feel for this guy. He has roles being thrown at him from left and right, and to me just thinking about accepting any of these offers would get overwhelming! Yes, this is AMAZING for being offered big timing roles, but also just think about it guys, anyway he goes at it, he'll disappoint fans if he turns down any of the roles. That would get depressing. By what I have heard, he likes all the offers, some may more than others. But coming down to deciding on taking any would be hard on him.
I wish fans would stop bashing him about how he's playing coy and abusing this fans with these speculatives. He's only ONE guy for crying out loud! He can only do so much. Even if he is being offered a lot of money with these jobs, he will most likely will have to turn down at the least one of them. And God forbid it's not TMI, if it comes to that I won't hold it against him anymore. I wouldn't blame him for going for the best choice he thinks best.
This boy has a lot on his plate at the moment.
I don't blame him when he turns any of these projects down! I will not hold it against him! I'm Team Alex all the way, I have been his fan for YEARS and I will still be after this! He's a sweet boy that's coming into fame really well. I look forward to any of his projects he's going to take on. I LOVE him that much!

I think he has the Jace aura, may not have the exact "look", I agree he doesn't really look like a Jace. But he is HOTT, and has a NICE pair of lips I wouldn't mind tasting. Yummy. *licks lips then blushes* I hate that fans are already bashing him, and he seems REALLY sweet and dedicated to his fans. I'd give him a chance! He may even play Jace even better than Alex! Who knows!?

I'm thinking on seeing if I can get a job in the future with examiner.com. LOL. I'm sooo up on all of this stuff, and I love writing up reports like they do. I think it would be my dream job! haha. Who thinks that I would be a good examiner.com reporter? Raise you hand like this *raises hand* "I do!" LOL. XD

This is so far the last part of my preface on "Bounded" I have decided to do. This is between Scarlett, Layton, and Corbin. It's pretty intense! But it has a twist later on!
And yeah if you guys' are wondering, I have the sucky Word 2000. I'm too poor to buy an updated version, so yeah better than nothing! lol.
Anyways, I wanted to post this excerpt as a screen capture, so no one can copy and paste the text. I'm VERY protective of my writing projects. haha. But I want a little feedback if you guys would on this so far.
