Ya heard me, and if Alex by any SLIGHT chance you see this, watch it boy. *squints the watchful eye at you* I'm a person you'd have to watch out for, as all my guy friends says. I ACTUALLY knocked out one of my best guy friends Jr, with a Mountain-Dew bottle on our school bus a couple years back. YEahhhh I got suspended off the bus for a week over that. And Jr had a knot on his head, AND he was knocked out for five minutes! lol. When ever he sees me he ALWAYS mentions it, I'll NEVER live it DOWN! I was a LEGEND for that the whole ninth grade year.

ANYWHOOOOO...

I'm about to go all Kung Fu Panda with a hint of Walker Texas Ranger (Chuck Norris) on this pretty boy's BUTT! That is if I EVER get close to him to do it. :/ Which is slim.
I have been torturing myself with praying, begging, stalking twitter, and stalking google for any OFFICIAL news on Alex taking the role as Jace. And all I have been hearing is gossip and rumors of "The Last Apprentice"--- which is about a twelve year old by the way. (Does that make any sense for a twenty-one year old to take that part???) I don't think the books have even been optioned for movies! Let alone already casting it! I've NEVER even heard of these books, and I'm all about the book world.
But honestly, I think Alex would have done already said something about being this kid in that book. All he's been talking about is I Am Number Four, Beastly, Now, James Hunt, and City of Bones. No "The Last Apprentice."
Seriously, all this hype going around for a week or two about him being offered the role and all, it'd be a shame for him to turn it down! And why would there be all this hype for the possibility if him not taking the role? I think it would have been the best to keep it hush hush if that was the case. THEN announce if he did take the role! And if he didn't they should have just kept it to their selves! GOSH! They are REALLY working on us fans hating them! I know they are me!
I need SOME OFFICIAL NEWS! Not this rumor crap sprouting from Vulture, and other gossip friggin sites. Cassie would announce something ALREADY! Or TMIExaminer on twitter. I HATE when journalists that just wants attention do that! It's sickening!
I WANT TO HEAR IT FROM CASSIE, ALEX, SONY PICTURES, SCOTT STEWART, or SCREEN GEMS, something OFFICIAL.
And if Alex turns it down because there this crappy thing going around that the fans don't want him. 0.O Which is friggin CRAZY, almost EVERY fansite has his face on the banner! They don't want him my HUGE FRIGGIN BUTT! I think the producers are panicking about how much they'll have to pay him. haha. Or they're making us sweat and squirm at our computers. -shrugs-
That BETTER be the case! Or I'm going to be so friggin mad! Alex if you turn it down, watch your pretty behind, my foot just might be jammed up it PAINFULLY! Then I'll apologize and ask for a autograph. haha.
PUH-LEASE, I have pictured you as Jace for YEARS! You're soooo hott and fit Jace so perfectly! And you're such a GOOD actor, I can tell because I've watched all of your movies.

I have been soooo obsessed with this for the past week, that I've made myself sick from it! Ahhh I wish I had a life so I wouldn't be so wrapped up and dedicated to this. Eck. I need a life, no I need a JOB, or better yet FINALLY get into college! Then I wouldn't drive myself so darn crazy over this!

Anyways, I thought I'd do a little rant while I felt like it and am hyper.

Beautiful world, characters, monsters, love interests, and description. This book has me HOOKED! I love Meghan's journey, even if she's a damsel in distress all the way through, but that's building her character through the events to make her stronger for future events. She's a strong main character considering she's always getting in trouble, she wouldn't make it through them is she wasn't.

Puck, he's such a witty and contagious character that I can't help but laugh and adore. He's a cutie. :D I want him for myself! MINE!

Speaks to Puck if he's real somewhere: "Puck will you marry me? So we can make pretty, smart, comic, and faery babies together? I'm WILLING to live in the NeverNever with you!"

He'd look at me like I'm crazier than him.

Anyways, I LOVE the cait sith Grimalkin. I would LOVE to have a cat like him live with me! It would be AWESOME! But I wouldn't strike any favors with him. ;) I wouldn't want to have to give up my first born child to him. :/ But, anyways, he's such a cute character that anyone would like.

Ash, oh my, Ash. -sighs- I've fell in LOVE with him. I cannot help it! I do ADORE Puck, but I have to say I LOVE Ash more. (Considering he's got a hotter name) He seems like the guy of any girl's dream, prince, sexy, broody, and a bad boy. But he has a deeper, sweeter, and kind side underneath his rough texture that only reveals himself with Meghan. And that's ultra sweet, and a big turn on for me on him. I'm a sucker for those type of guys.

The fighting, the NeverNever, Arcadia, Tir Na Nog, and the Iron Court. It's all a contagious read! It's so very different and I would recommend this to anyone that loves, Science fiction/Fantasy/Forbidden Romance/Love Triangles/Faeries/. This book will be for you! I know it was for me!





(My deep concerns, considering the series)





BUT I cannot help but feel in my bones that this series isn't going to end happy for my favorite couple. :/ Meghan and Ash.  </3 That's the reason why I'm not going to finish reading the series until all of them are out, in meaning waiting until November for "The Iron Knights" which will be told in Ash's perspective to what I have heard. I have heard spoilers (well I went searching for spoilers, that's just how I am.), and I'm not liking what I hear happens in "The Iron Queen." :/ I'm a reader that's all about happy endings, I get enough of unhappy endings in reality, so in books that I read I want to have happy endings. So I want a spoiler if this series is going to end happy or unhappy. If it's happy I'll go and read the rest of the books in a day! If unhappy--I'll forget about the books and pretend that they don't exist. I'm a big coward of unhappy endings, I can't help it, unhappy endings haunts me. :/

I'm here to give you a free read! XD It caught my attention because of Alex Pettyfer on the cover, he's so friggin SMEXY. haha So I was like this HAS to be good. lol.

This is a great read so far. I love how you express the personality of the characters so well. Especially, Will, he's a person I couldn't help myself to be drawn to. I'm really impressed how you are bringing Will and Mary together, it's not too fast or unrealistic. I just love the relationship, period. He's witty and gorgeous, and Mary is this stubborn, normal, easily angered, and calulative girl. That combo for a relationship is unique and lovely.
Your description is wonderful, not over done or too less, your dialogue is perfect. This is a well balanced book, and I enjoyed reading it. XD I have no complaints, just high praises!

Okay considering I've read this book before it was even optioned to be published. I was on inkpop to witness this master piece climb up the charts and into professional editor hands so that it can make it to being published.

This is an AUH-MAZING book, very obsess worthy. I know I was for months after reading it on inkpop.com. You'll fall in love with Adam and Megan, and I LOVE Aine! The mystery behind this book and the tension between the characters is so addictive that you can't help but read it in one sitting. I know I did. XD

I highly reccomend this book to anyone that has a love for fantasy, forbidden romances, and some awesome action.

This book will leave you breathless for more! It did me! And I've been craving for more for a year!

I cannot WAIT until I can get a actual copy of this book in my hands! I'm getting teary eyed typing this, because I got to follow Leigh's journey into getting her book published.

Due to inkpop GLITCH, I'm deleting my projects off from there.

I'm pulling my stuff off from inkpop on a precaution due to a GIANT GLITCH going around on there. I ain't going to put up with anyone being on my account and having so much access to it. So for now my projects are going off, I may put them back up later on. But it really don't manner to me honestly, I'm not getting anywhere on there anyways. I only stay on there for friends and reading good stories from other inkpoppers.

Just as the title says above -> "Hey guys! Do you have any grammar help book suggestions to throw my way?"
Well the reason is...I am SO BAD at grammar that I even flinch at A LOT of my writing. Yes, I have improved some, but not much. I would like to improve to a whole other level, well two levels I want to go anyways. I would like to have some more knowledge before I start on a second draft of "Time With Seleste-Destiny.".

So any suggestions? I would really appreciate it!

Word count limits in books. What's your thoughts on it?

I have been recieving SO MANY mixed signals about word count limits for books. I'm so freaking confused, and the stupidness of it all, there's no direct answer to what a word count should be for a YA fantasy/romance novel, or two part series/novel. ERGH! I've heard nothing over 100k, 80k, 50k, AND NOW 120k. Oh my Bajebus! Will anyone make up their freaking minds?! So I can ACTUALLY start scoping out a stop limit for my books?! I wish people will give me a feaking straight answer!
I've even looked on writer's digest, and they give soooooo many word counts limits (on the same subject) that it's not even funny! Some even say it's changing that it's getting longer! AHH! Give me a straight answer!

Well anyways on my bigger projects I'm giving myself a 120k limit, and on my smaller one shot projects 80k-100k. It just depends on how much I want to tell.

So what is your guy's thoughts of word count limitations??

Just started writing "Bounded" today. XD Me excited!

Here's a quote for you guys.

Scarlett hated how she hungered for a fight. A total all out fist punching bone and flesh fight, not an argument or dispute with words. Even thought it did go good to begin the action she wanted. Anyways, it disgusted Scarlett at how much her knuckles ached every time her anger would flare.

It's not much, but that's the whole point right now. lol. I just wanted to post a little bit of the first opening paragraph. ;) Hope it's attenion catcher!

Oh yeahh if you guys are wondering who her boo (well one of her boos) looks like. Try taking a gander at Drew Roy. I see him as Layton St. James. XD Such a lovely boy. lol. Even thought I hate that his lips has touched 'Miley Cyrus' on Hannah Montana. Eck, I just don't like that girl. But he's pretty close to how I picture Layton. Scarlett has the hotts for this guy because well for one he's gorgeous, for two he brings out her good qualties, for three he accepts her even when she's branded as a freak, for four he's pretty much her only close friend, and he makes her feel all tingly when he touches or says sweet things to her. 

ANYWAYS, isn't he pretty?

Pretty enough to be a earth bounded Angel?

And for her 'other' lover interest Corbin (haven't thought up a last name yet.), I see Avan Jogia. He's going to be a A class jerk- well I plan on it anyways, but he'll have his attractive qualities that has you second guessing on who Scarlett should go for. Which I am not going to tell! It's a ify situation and some people may hate me afterward. lol. Well the reason Scarlett is attracted to him, is because she is drawn to him on her mischievious side that likes trouble.

So yeah is he handsome enough to be the potential bad a** demon love interest? 

So YEah I felt like blogging about an excerpt and showing off the yummy boys. lol. Sooo yeah I'm off to go feed my doggies!

OMGAHHH!!! Finally!! Finished! Chapter Twenty-Six of TWS-D!!

“Seleste?” someone asked, as they walked up to the salon.

Seleste behind Darien frozen for a moment, while she looked at a tall brown headed guy that stood no more than eight feet away from them. The guy stood there unmoving as he stared at Seleste, but his gaze shifted onto Darien, then his eyes was set into a glare. Darien tightened his grip on Seleste’s shaking hand, he was readying himself to take off running with her.

Darien jumped when he heard a sob escaping Seleste’s throat behind him. He glanced at her and saw that tears was flowing freely down her cheeks, but her eyes were bright and happy.

“Josh!” she yelled, and ran to the boy throwing her arms around his neck.

Her brother?

That is the ending of chapter twenty six! After almost three months of not being able to get motivated to finish it! OMGAHHH!!! Do you know how hard that was?
Well you see here, the reason I wasn't motivated to finish is...well I want to throw out this draft soooo badly and start a second. I would go ahead and do it, BUT I have NEVER finished a project fully before! So I want to at least get this one finished, so I can say I have! I'm one chapter closer! About six or seven more to go!! YAY!!

My first (possible) attempt at a Bad A** character.

  I have blogged about my new novel idea concerning Angels and Demons. "Bounded." I'm going to name the MC Scarlett and her nickname will be Scar. I'm wanting her to be a tough character who doesn't take crap off from anyone. But she's a tiny girl, who can pack a punch. (Which will be handy later on in the novel) She'll have brown hair with purple streaks, considering she dyes it like that. And she'll have brown eyes. Also she has the gothic/rocker type style, and she has a nose piercing. Also she LOVES her purple lipstick. Can you guess what her favorite color is?

She has a shady background, but nothing serious. Just a lot of fights and skipping school. So I'm going to try to make her into a tough butt character, which is going to be different oppose to I usually write kind girls. lol. This character will RELATE to my own personality, which is so different from me basing my characters tottally far off from me. But I wanted to see if I can connect to this character on a level that I can get the book done in no time. lol. But I want to make this point across, the personality may be like me in some ways, BUT the events, people, or actions are NOT based on anyone or anything else. So I felt obligated to get that point across before I start posting or writing anything on this plot.

The EVIL Inkpop pink arrow disease. (Read for explanation, symptoms, and cures in post.)

Okay...for the people that aren't inkpoppers but are following my bloggie. I'll explain this DEADLY disease to ya'll.

There's this deadly fatal plague trampling across inkpop, is called "The Pink Arrow Syndrome."  And many inkpoppers cringe at hearing of such, and wants to grab their projects to the chest for protection of such a disease. The proud parents are afraid for their project's increasing rank towards the top five. Which the top five is a major important stepping stone in growth for their precious projects. But this disease befalls on every author multiple of times in their inkpop writing life.

This disease occurs when a writing project endures the blow of not recieving any liking or loving within two or three days on inkpop.com. If no picks are made on this specific project, its pretty green 'up' arrow will transform into a bland pink 'down' arrow, resolvong the project's rank on inkpop to decrease in value, and into the forgotten.

The only way to cure this disease is to pick this lonely, unloved, and forgotten project, then watch the pretty green 'up' arrow appear again! And to make the mother, or father of this project happy and motivated to update, is to leave an helpful and encouraging message in a comment below the project. Then the disease will dissappear for a while!

Well this short explanation above is my problem right now. On every project I have on inkpop.com. I'm very sad because of my newest baby on there "Invisible Heart." with only being on there for a week is suffering the disease. :/ I-H is crying right now, along with "Time With Seleste-Destiny." But unfortunately, "Time With Seleste-Destiny." has grown acustom to the disease, where she's been plagued by it for most of her life on inkpop. :/

I'm posting this blog in hopes of quirking your interest of reading, commenting, and picking my lonely sick projects. :) So what do you think?

In the past year...but I still have a long way to go.

In this past year of really devoting myself to my writing. With me by signing up onto inkpop.com on 01.10.10. I honestly had no idea about writing at all, I just thought it was all about throwing words together and go on with it. But now I appreciate it more, and see the artistic aspect to it more profoundly. I'm not just telling the story but I am showing it too. You see here blogger, I mainly wrote dialogue back in the day. I thought the story was mainly based around dialogue. *shrugs* I didn't know no better, I barely had common knowledge concerning English lit. I never paid enough attention in school, I wish I did, but I didn't. :/ Bummer. Even though I've always loved English, I guess I thought the mechanics of it was boring.

Anyways, as I was saying...
I just looked back on some of my old writing. And yes that includes most of "Time With Seleste." I notice how much my style has changed, the punctuations, grammar, and wait for it--description! In the last two to three months I have been adding more description to my writing. Less dialogue, and more description. I'm actually starting to balance it! I'm astounded! I'm kind of sick after I read some of my old stuff. :/ Kind of ashamed really. :/ Gahh...

ANYWHO, I think I've grown as a writer this past year. I'm not perfect, (trust me, I'm not even close to that, I'm closer to Pluto than perfect) but I am improving in a slow pace unfortunately. But at least I'm improving. :D

Inkpop is to thank, everyone on there, especially Hannah, Jannette, Gwen, and Zoey. By watching their projects grow and their writing come to life, their encouraging words and all of that, it's inspired and motivated me to become a better writer. I don't think I would be this close to being better without that site or the friends I have gained through it. XD

Well anyways, I thought I would get that thought into a post tonight--well this morning.

Off to write on "Time With Seleste-Destiny" (Yes, I'm finally getting back to it! Twenty-six is coming along!)

NEWS: I may have the first book under a title change and save "Time With Seleste" for the second book. But I have no idea if I will or not. And I'm only six to seven chapters away from finishing the first draft! So that's around 2.8k words to go! It's going to be rushed, but I want to hurry up and start on the second draft. I have so many more ideas and changes I want to put! It's going to be so much better! EKK! Me excited!

I still want a clock element, but I wasn't going to push it, where it may look crowded if I did. And my last cover girl was a tad bit TOO pretty to be Seleste, she was more like an older version of her. But Danielle’s social life suddenly becomes a little bit flirty when she meets a local boy—Bryson Jacobson. Danielle then thinks a social life might not be so bad… Then things get more complicated than she aimed for.

Will Danielle find her uncle’s soul mates?

Or will the uncles turn her little game right back on her?

Most importantly, will her uncle’s learn to properly change a diaper and manage to not get peed on?

I JUST had a BRAINSTORM! New novel idea, born Jan,6, 2011! Remember the day!

Okay my youth group's lesson last night is probably one of the reasons I got this new idea. And I stayed in bed all day and kept having nightmares. This one in paticular nightmare scared me half to death, but I WANTED to finish it! Does that make any sense? That I wanted to finish a nightmare?
ANYWAYS, I've been inspired for a new novel, consisting of angels and demons. I've got the two MC's names already, which are Gwen, Myka/Gabriel, and I think I'll have another guy named Gideon. But yeah this is still in experimental stage. So yeah and I've got a title for it too, "Nexus." :D I'm really excited for this!

Swearing of FACEBOOK! (I may be crazy)

Well...I'm swearing off facebook...






For two weeks! Don't worry I'll be back. I just feel like I'm getting addicted and also my youth group lesson tonight has gotten me thinking! There's some crazy evil like stuff going down. So yeah I feel that I can prove to myself, others, and God, that I can live without Facebook.

Soo yeah you'll see me more on inkpop, AIM, YAHOO IM, and well here! lol.

P.S Okay due to my Internet being out, I wasn't able to post my new novel up on inkpop. Sooo...for those who are waiting for me to post "Invisible Heart." internet withdrawals = not pleasant

Well...I haven't had internet since thursday. So I call hughes net that night, to get it fixed. Well... Conclusion to that is, three hours on the phone with a foreign guy. And we couldn't fix it at all like that. So they supposedly call a tech to come and fix it. Which they didn't, I had to today!!! Soo ooo the guy should be up here wednesday between noon and four. Hopefully I'll be back online that day!!! *crosses fingers*
So I'm writing this post on my LG android phone. Which this is a pain. Such a small screen and I camry post anything onto inkpop!!!! I'm having bad internet withdraws!!!! I miss my chats with Hannah!!! I miss playing with my blog!! Everything!!!! This is pure torture!!!
