 I have stumbled upon an awesome reading discovery! Through doing a promo thread on inkpop.com for my friend Hannah's "Resistance." I'm currently doing some volunteering swaps for her, to keep her rank up, so she'll be in the top five in the next round. :D
I agreed to swap with the first three people who replied to my thread. And Adish is first up! I got sucked into it's black hole of Mytics! lol. Very detailed work that gives you vivid imagery and feel. It has unique names and a out of this world plot. A promising read that'll make it big someday! I forsee it!! This project needs more attention brought to it!!

Falling For History-A Short Story that may begin a series of history romances.

 Mood: Tired/Creative (Being creative resolves me to not got to sleep! I don't want to lose my creativity!)
What I am doing: Writing Chapter Four for "3 Divided By Love."

This short-story has been getting a good bit of attention in it's few days of being submitted to inkpop. I'm approaching this as a short story, but it just may turn into a novella or Falling For History novel collections. I have some more in mind to write after this one. But I will not be too serious about these tales, or have the desire to get them published. These tales are mainly for fun to write. :D But, you never know it might turn into something serious later on. However, I wanted to start posting something on inkpop to quench the thirst of my readers. Where I have decided to only post the first fifty pages of my books I desire to publish one day. I'm taking MAJOR precautions in doing so.

So "Falling For History." is a pretty fast progressed short story I am writing as of now. It's based in Egypt and it's a romance. I strictly write romance so for you guys to know. :D If you're wondering.

I have always loved egypt ever since I had a pathetic obsession with the anime Yu-Gi-Oh from the ages 12-14, it was based on a egyptian Pharaoh named Atim who was the alternate personality of Yugi. ANYWAYS, off the embarrassing subject of my pitiful obsession with anime back in the day! LOL. So from then to now it's quirked an interest for Egypt with me. I've always wanted to write a story based in Egypt! Also Prince of Persia and a egytpian documentary the other day also helped to inspire it too. :D

Thus "Falling For History." is born! And it's ranks is climbing--WELL.

"Bree never thought she would fall for the history of Egypt. Especially, when she discovers she fell for an ancient Egyptian Prince named Chisisi."

  Bree Cuttingham went to Cairo Egypt on a gradational school field trip with her class. She runs upon a tablet about a unknown Prince that disappeared when he was nineteen— that strikes an interest in her, especially when she sees a necklace found alongside the tablet, a necklace identical to her own.

After befriending a tour guide/taxi driver Shadi. She is taken to her hotel. But when she receives a text message from her grandmother saying, “Get out of there, Bree. Come home. That tablet is nothing but trouble.”

The street she stood on begins to shake then opens up underneath her, swallowing her up into the darkness.
Bree wakes up in the middle of the desert—mark that—a different time. Where she meets and falls desperately in love with an ancient Egyptian Prince named Chisisi.

Torn between staying with her true love in the ancient times and finding someway to get back to her own time 2010 where her family and friends live.

What will she choose?

But more importantly, will she be able to get back home?

Bree’s time traveling adventure will determine who is her one and only soul mate.

 Well I went to the book festival, mainly to go see Nicholas Sparks you know how I've been talking about in previous posts. Well we got there EARLY this morning so I can go to a workshop that'll help me writing my novel.

But as my Mom and me went through the whole thing after me going to that seminar about "Ten Stratgies To Writing Your Novel." which was AWESOME! I learned A LOT.
Well Mom and me were walking around getting free books, and bought a childrens book for my nephews I'm going to read to them. It's autographed by the author who is ONLY NINE YEARS OLD!!!
Well I went around looking at the other books they were advertising and autographing. Then I find this AWESOME looking table. A big poster with a hour glass on it that said "Best Selling "The Pace." by Shelena Shorts." and it had cob webs and all that awesome halloween stuff. The girl who wrote the book is gorgeous and SO NICE AND SWEET! We started talking and I bought two autographed books from them. "The Pace." by Shelena Shorts and "Angel Star." by Jennifer Murgia. Then we start talking about books and what I'm interested in.
I say I'm a writer during our conversation.

Then a whole OTHER conversation started and all the sudden the woman (I think she owns the company, but I'm not certain.) said after I explained Time With Seleste a bit, "After you're finished. Send it to me and I'll check it out."
My eyes absolutely did this O O. And I say, "Really?"
And she says "Really. Just jot down your information and I'll check it out on inkpop within the month."
And that's how it went!!!!
It FEELS AWESOME TO HAVE A PUBLISHER INTERESTED!!!!!!

Well....I finished Nicholas Spark's "The Last Song." last night at 2:00A.M. Balled my eyes out! I couldn't get through the last chapters without blubbering! Buuut I loved it anyway! I love at how Nicholas Sparks has balanced the religion and the romance. It spoke to me both ways! I loved it!!!

Well tired, gotta go get some sleep so I can get up to meet Nicholas Sparks!!!

Sweet, sweet randomness, updates, books, vents and oh yeah I MIGHT BE MEETING NICHOLAS SPARKS!!!!!!

Mood: Excited, hyper, tired, happy, nervous and sorta ticked.

(Is it possible to have all those emotions at once?)

What I'm doing: Watching "The Golden Girls." blogging and checking email.

What I'm listening to: "Behind The Scenes." by Francesca Batistelli

(Yes, I multi-task like there's no tomorrow. Which includes listening to music, writing, and watching "The Golden Girls.")

What I am reading: Just got done reading six chapters of "The Last Song."

Oooookay. Woke up this morning from a nightmare (I've been nightmares like crazy lately. Eck.) This nightmare is still haunting me now, it was about my dog "Bow" going mad. That broke my heart, he's my baby.

Anyways, I called dibs on my Mom eariler this week before my sister Angie nabbed her to take her somewhere and be gone all weekend. I called dibs for her taking to my all time favorite stores. "Books A Million." and Wal-Mart. :D Yes, I'm aware that I'm a nerd. lol.

Well, I wanted to get me my first Nicholas Sparks book. I know I'm stupid to never read any of his genius works. However, I got "The Last Song." I loved the movie and balled my eyes out! So I thought I'd read the book and get the full perspective about it.

Miley Cyrus SOOO does not fit Ronnie at all. I dislike Miley, I don't hate her exactly. I dislike the way she contradicts herself all the time. Have you guys seen her latest music video??? COME ON! She's suppose to be a Christian! Her panties? Grinding her dance director? She's not even out of Hannah Montana's contract yet! Sheesh! We'll be seeing Hannah Montaner little girl running around with booty panties around on the school grounds after she gets done! Eck. At least Hilary Duff had the decency to wait until she was like twenty before she started to turn skanky in clothing. I still like Hilary though, for some odd reason...

ANYWAYS! Got off subject there.

I go to check out and the girl asks if I got memberships card. I said "Yup, right here." me being a loser with being excited to use my silver card with the power of 20% discount.

Then I get "Sorry. Your membership expired last month."

This was my mouth. "O" One jaw dropping moment for me. I could have SWORN I just paid twenty dollars membership a few months ago! Now it's expired!

"Seriously?" I asked the girl.

She nods, "It won't be the full twenty dollars to renew it..." she assumes I'm going to renew it today, "It'll only be seventeen."

I wasn't planning on spending the whole fifty dollars my Mawmaw gave me today to buy a darn forsaken book and some groceries we missed getting the last time we were out. NO telling how much a speck of groceries costs these days and time. *rolls eyes* And I WAS NOT going to pay for another membership I wasn't going to get the full worth out of for another year! I'll tell you this as God as my witness. I only used that card probably twice or maybe three times at the most in this whole year! I barely get the chance to go to Books A Million. I usually find the books I read at Wal-Mart. So no WAY I was going to pay almost twenty dollars AGAIN only to no get it's full worth yet AGAIN.

"I don't have enough money on me today, sorry." I say looking in my wallet, "I need to get some groceries."

"Okay, but you will still get the ten percent discount today though." she says punching in the numbers, "You know who's coming to Civic Center next week right?" she looks at the back of The Last Song and smiles.

"YUP! That's the reason I got this book."

Yes, you heard right I'm going to meet the Nicholas Sparks!

"I took off the whole weekend for it!" the girl smiles.

Well I am SO EXCITED! Nicholas Sparks is like one of the most beloved authors and his accomplishments in being a sucessful author. I look up to him well in his achievements. But honestly, I've never read any of his books. I have seen the movies made out of them though, and adored them! The Notebook, A Walk To Remember and The Last Song. I am ashamed of myself that I have never picked up any of his books and read them. But now I am!

It would have been embarassing to say I love his books and he ends up asking what was my favorite part of "The Last Song." and I would be like "ehhh." I'd be ASHAMED!

Now I have a week to read it. lol.

Well I have an update on my novels!

Time With Seleste has a parcial proper smooth ending I have planned out. Chapter twenty five is almost done and I'll post it soon. Oh yeah I've edited my trailer to it too!

3 Divide Into Love is going through a title change. It may remain "Danielle's Diary of Match Making." I have currently four chapters written. My prologue has been beta read twice by two different AWESOME people. I'm not going to post it on inkpop until its well over 20,000 words and has been beta read throughly. So as of now, two people are the only ones that have seen any of it. 

Well thought I'd blog tonight. I haven't in a while. I seemingly, can't get into the habit of it. :/
